For the chronically responsible overdoers, we need a space where all we have to do is show up and be. Our processing groups will focus on topics like perfectionism, productivity guilt, grief, and more. Currently we are accepting interest forms for the We Care Too Much Club, a 9 week processing group for women + non-binary folx to investigate their feelings related to being the go-to person along with productivity guilt cycles.

Currently booking keynotes + workshops for 2026 and beyond. The KIND Conversation is not a traditional keynote. It's a structured conversational experience designed to do what most wellness programming can't do: create actual shift in the room not just inspiration that evaporates in the parking lot.

I'm a licensed therapist, former radio dj, professional cheerleader, chronic overachiever, and recovering people pleaser...which means I bring clinical knowledge and lived experience to the table (or to the chair).

 

For a long time I operated on the belief that my needs and the wellbeing of others could not both be okay at the same time. If I took something for myself, someone else lost. That rest was a reward I had not quite earned yet. Sound familiar?

 

Most of my clients are helpers: therapists, nurses, teachers, type A friends, and caregivers. The people who are genuinely excellent at taking care of others and genuinely out of practice at being taken care of themselves. It's a really well rehearsed pattern that gives a lot but at a great cost. It's possible to change the pattern, but change is best when you have someone to walk alongside you through it.

 

My approach is practical. We are here to not only understand why we do what we do but to also change what comes next. Real tools, honest conversation, a plan that works for the life you're actually living.

ADHD is not a "buzzword" or trend trust me. Whether you have been formally diagnosed or curious if this is you we can talk through all the parts from specific presentations to the grief that comes when fully accepting your wiring. 

Depression can be episodic, your general baseline, or a response to whatever is happening. We take a look at possible root causes along with creating plans to do our way out of it. 

Overcontrolled temperaments and coping strategies can look different depending on the person. Chronic procrastination, high achievement, perfectionism...all that can fall into this. We discuss your coping strategies and see if there are more effective ways of operating.

Grief is about the changes and shifts in life...not just death. We can process emotions related to life changes, late diagnosed neurodivergence, relationship shifts, job loss, pet loss, body image, and relational loss. 

I WORK FROM SEVERAL THERAPY FRAMEWORKS INCLUDING RADICALLY OPEN DBT, ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY, AND HYPNOSIS.
