Depression can look like losing motivation despite being a high-achiever. Depression can feel like a constant urge to cry or numb out. It can appear as piles of laundry, untouched to-do lists, or having everything done because it “has” to be.
Feeling depressed can feel like nothing at all, a surge of resentment, anger, hopelessness, indecision, or worthlessness. Depression can be a reaction to your environment, a result of your biology, or both.
